ORDERING POLICIES

At Liberty Wares, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7 day return policy for exchanges and store credit. Please note that we do not provide refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, hair, stain and scent free.

Please keep in mind that certain items, such as personalized or intimate products, are exempt from being returned. Returns on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out and make sure to look at the size charts for your best shopping experience.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.

If your return is approved, we will process your exchange or store credit within a reasonable amount of time. Please note that any shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

*Order alterations generated by Liberty Wares will be accompanied by an email to the address used to place the order and refunded via E-gift Code, in the case of unavailable or cancelled items.

*Liberty Wares is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order.
