At Liberty Wares, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7 day return policy for exchanges and store credit.
 Please note that we do not provide refunds. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, hair, stain and scent free.

Orders may take up to 10 days to produce depending on the creation process. Hoodies with Hood Art and unique details such as patches require more time and attention.

 We currently use USPS for all of our shipping, packages are usually delivered within 3-5 business days after production depending on your location.
The production time is separate from the shipping time.
Our products are specially made for you upon order, some of our designs take more love and time to create which reflects in our shipment arrival times. 

To find your best fit, consult our sizing charts and look at the notes on the product information. Many products  are True to Size and many will include what size the model is wearing. We are continually updating information to help you with your best fit.

We recommend handling all of your Liberty Wares clothing as if they were delicate. That way, you preserve the prints, colors and avoid shrinkage and extra wear. Even if you don't follow delicate directions to a tee, any preventative measures will help your beautiful garment to last. 

TIPS FOR DELICATE WASHING

* Avoid using regular laundry detergents, which can be too harsh for delicate fabrics.Hand Wash or Machine Wash on a Gentle Cycle

* Hand washing is usually the safest option for delicate items, but if you need to machine wash, use a gentle cycle with cold water.

*Use Cold Water* Cold water is usually recommended for delicate items, as hot water can cause shrinkage, color fading, or fabric damage.

*Avoid Agitation and Wrapping* Avoid using the washer’s agitator or wringer, as they can stretch or damage delicate fabrics.
* Gently remove excess water from the fabric without wringing or twisting it.

*Dry Delicates Naturally* Air-drying is usually the safest option for delicate items, as machine drying can cause shrinkage or fabric damage.
