The ROAR! painting was my second lion painting I attempted, the first was the Breaking Free lion. Painting the ROAR! was such a powerful process for me. It was the first painting I ever looked at when finished and said, "I like it!". Being a recovering perfectionist and harsh self critic, this was a special moment for me, a moment of Freedom! I changed that day and my belief in myself and what I was capable of began to morph too.
